FEATURES
This is a little bubbler, one of the smallest Grav Bubblers I currently sell along with the Conical Pocket Bubbler. Small yet robust this bubbler is easy to move about just be cautious as it is glass. As the name implies this piece is shaped in the form of an hourglass. The base flares out then narrows dramatically towards the centre before (less dramatically) flaring out again. The tapered middle provides for an easy grip.
Measuring: 10cms in height with cone in position. 11.5cms from base to tip of mouthpiece.
For such a smaller bubbler the water chamber is on the larger side. The hourglass design allows for a relatively large space for smoke to accumulate in. The smoke will fill quicky too enabling some pretty intense hits for such small scale. A larger amount of water may result in splashback, where water comes into contact with your lips. Not a pleasant experience really. Grav has included 2 features in the Hourglass Bubbler to deal with potential splashback – the tapered middle along with the side arm extended mouthpiece.
A side arm juts out from the top and yep you guessed it, this is the mouthpiece! This no-fuss, straw-like tube is elongated to help smooth out/cool the smoke before inhalation. This angled arm is attached just above the tapered middle and there is a small, rounded opening at the very top for your lips to rest upon. I recommend using a bristled pipe cleaner regularly to keep the side arm clean. Sitting upon the very top is the flower bowl. A 10mm Grav Cup Bowl. This bowl is frosted, male and can be removed. A smaller sized bowl. The flower bowl attaches directly to the down stem sitting straight below. A simple down stem design with 2 diffusion holes at the base to break up your smoke.

As cute as this bubbler is, it is also highly functional, and you can use it in a few different ways;
- Like a standard bubbler using the included flower bowl
- Insert a 10mm Banger and you are ready for concentrates/wax
- Insert a pre-rolled of your choice and enjoy the smoothness of water filtration
