I have stocked Pulsar for a while now with a variety of herbal vaporisers, one hitters and dab rigs on offer in my Bondi Vape Store. They appear to have been around for quite some time now and house over 1000 different products at their facility in North Carolina. This is a handy little kit for dabbing connoisseurs. Concentrates/extracts/thick herbal oils are becoming quite popular in Australia, with more and more accessories on offer. Some of my customers like to use an electronic dab rig (Puffco, Daab, Cenote, Switch, Apollo etc) or e-nail set up whilst others prefer to use a glass rig. I tend to prefer a glass rig too but only if the correct accessories are used. A good quality bowl, torch, banger and carb cap are non-negotiables in my eyes and the better the design the better the experience.
Inside the little box are 3 different products;
- Quartz banger – Flat top and made from heavy duty and heat resistant borosilicate glass. Deep and with a thickened base. A thick base will retain heat nice and evenly.
- Helix Carb Cap – This is a vortex-style carb cap. The role of a carb cap is to close off the banger during inhalation so that vapour/smoke can be directed in one direction. Some carb caps are very basic, not so with this one. A helix carb cap is designed to cause a vast amount of turbulence within a banger, spinning the air round and round vortex style. Not just for visual appeal, this action will enable your extract to “dance” about causing an airier and more efficient experience. Less wastage and more even heating with precise directional airflow.
- Terp Pearls – 2 small little glass balls, red in colour are provided. Basic premise, these pearl assist in the movement (the dance) of the extract. Think of them like a spatula used during cooking. The directional carb cap brings the airflow (initiating movement) whilst the pearls help to enhance/increase the movement.
