In my experience few people have not heard of Raw, viewed by many as the best rolling papers out there. Pure, unbleached, chalk-less, undyed and additive free papers made in Spain (Alcoy region). Raw describes themselves as a lifestyle brand for those that wish to take their smoking to a new level hence the wide range of accessories that Raw also offers.
All papers manufactured by Raw are as natural as they can get and are made from Non-GMO natural plants with zero burn additives. Their papers are vegan friendly and never contain chalk/bleach or dyes (yes, many papers contain these!). A hallmark of Raw is their special crisscross water mark that helps to create a nice and even slow burn by preventing running.
RAW TIPS + TIN
Any proficient roller knows that the filter plays a very important role. Not just in term of filtration but to maintain the structural integrity of the finished product. A good quality, well crafted filter should enhance the experience from start to finish. I sell a variety of filter options in store, many requiring you to construct a cylindrical form from a flat piece. Not so with this option, as Raw has helpfully constructed 100 filter tips ready for use. Each is perfectly formed with a line of paper through the middle for structural integrity and to stop you inhaling plant material. Each is sealed and I cant unravel them without ripping them apart.
Each filter is made from natural, chlorine free paper and they contains no GMO’s (anything genetically modified). Friendly to vegans (shouldn’t we all be?!) as well as the environment (windmill powered product!!).
Measuring: Just under 2cms long and half a cm in width.
As for the tin, it is a pretty standard tin with the Raw Logo all over. A reusable tin for when the tips run out that should hold King size papers. The slide top lid keeps messing with me as I keep trying to open it by trying to lift the lid! A very simple slide is all that is required to access the interior. This tin is quite durable and handy but will not provide much odour control.
