I have stocked Pulsar for a while now with a variety of herbal vaporisers, one hitters and dab rigs on offer in my Bondi Vape Store. They appear to have been around for quite some time now and house over 1000 different products at their facility in North Carolina. Consummate vapers and smokers, they love to innovate and create products that exceed expectations.
FEATURES
Straight tube water pipes work well for all but I specifically recommend them to my newcomer customers due their ease of use. Thickened glass, a pedestal base along with an ice pinch are common features found in most. The tube design makes cleaning easier than other more intricate water pipes. All these plus more can be found in this piece. Pulsar has started a new “Design Series”, incorporating interesting artworks – this is the Caticorn with an interesting (and kind of cute!) cat/unicorn hybrid decal. Cats from top to bottom in a manner of positions.
Measuring: Just over 30cms tall from pedestal to mouthpiece.
Super thick borosilicate glass has been used in this piece. The glass pedestal at the base is even thicker extending out to provide a level of stability, helping to keep it upright. The water chamber may seem small but can hold a decent amount due to the extra height provided. At a minimum the water needs to cover the slits at the end of the down stem but I would recommend filling to your own desired level as long as you take practice inhales before loading the bowl! A 6 slitted removable glass down, striped in a multitude of colours. This stem slots in at an 45 degree angle and holds a 14mm (male) flower bowl/slide. A rather roomy bowl, cup-like with a handle for safe handling. Almost halfway up is the 3-point ice pinch, a feature that allows for extra cooling of smoke via the addition of ice chunks. These 3 points keep the frozen water separated from the water chamber below. Keep moving upwards and there is wide, smooth and curved mouthpiece.
