These papers are a work of art but due to laws in Australia I cannot show you an image. The premise is pretty simple, high-quality papers with a sense of personality. Beautiful Burns/ Elephant Brands took their time developing as safe an ink as they could, using a mixture of natural pigments, hemp seed and soy oils and each are printed and not dyed. The paper is made from with either hemp or palm paper with no wood fibre used, making them environmentally friendly. You can also expect a nice and slow burn. Each hand rolled (only way to maintain quality) cone will come complete with installed filter. These filters are made from food-grade materials.
RASTA WITH BLACK TIP
A pack with a single variety.
Rasta is a reference to Rastafarian. a form of religion found in the 1930’s in Jamaica. There is a whole lifestyle associated with this movement (ways to eat, ways to dress etc) with a strong emphasis on the colours – red, green, black and yellow. These colours symbolise (in order) – blood, herbs, royalty and Arficanness. Quite fascinating actually. Back to the papers, 3 colours have been used and each graduates into the next.The pre-installed filter tip (made from paper and foil) is black in colour.
You needn’t be scared as these are plant based colours that has been Category 3 tested (safety testing required for commercial rolling papers production) and are deemed safe.
There are 8 cones provided in a see-through box. 4 nested within 4 to save space and minimise waste. Each cone has been rolled by hand and there is a filter pre-installed (made from paper and foil).
Each actual cone is made from eco-friendly palm pulp that is sourced from the fruit and not the actual tree itself. 98mm tall, makes them King Size. Add the fact that they are super-slow burn plus ultra thin, and you can expect a lengthier and rather elegant experience.
