New York magazine has described Karin Lazarus as the “Martha Stewart” of weed baking. Not that I need to tell you but you an bake every treat in this book without any cannabis included.

The photographs in this book are gorgeous along with easy to read and well laid out instructions. Easier recipes sit side by side with more complex creations. There is a simple primer focusing on the creation of THC infused butter, oil and sugar. Baking techniques are addressed along with a chapter on dosing/potency. This is a book for health conscious bakers and/or those with medical conditions that they treat with edibles. In this scenario exact potency can be quite important.
