Ongrok was first introduced to me via one of my helpful staff members, she was particularly excited when I arrived one morning, and we then spent the day ogling their catalogue. I have since gone a little crazy and pretty much ordered their entire line-up for my shelves and to say I was excited when the boxes arrived is a slight understatement!
Designed in North America (AKA Canada) with what I would describe as a modern minimalistic flair. High quality materials are their go to; natural hardwoods, aircraft-grade aluminium as well as eco-friendly materials. As for the name? Comes from the work “Grok”, a term used in Robert Heinlein’s novel – Stranger in a Strange Land. Definition? To understand something deeply, intuitively or by empathy. Which is exactly the philosophy Ongrok stands by!

Storage is a handy little thing, particularly storage that is multi-functional and easy to cart about. Made from anodized, aircraft-grade aluminium, this durable little tube is a safe way to stash away your stuff. All manner of stuff really, literally anything that will fit within will stay air and watertight. This container is virtually indestructible. Looks wise, these tubes have a sleek, matte metallic finish that will not show fingerprints. Lastly, as this is a key chain there is a key ring attached to the top cap.

Just like their larger Doobie storage tubes, there are 2 caps on this storage tube, top and bottom. Both lids unthread for easy access with slight variations on each. This Diamond Knurled (pyramid pattern) top cap comes with 1 o-ring in place to create an airtight seal that keeps odours locked within whilst preserving smell, moisture, natural oils and aroma. The bottom cap is also threaded allowing you to uscrew it whenever you want complete access to the interior.
