I have stocked Pulsar for a while now with a variety of herbal vaporisers, one hitters and dab rigs on offer in my Bondi Vape Store. They appear to have been around for quite some time now and house over 1000 different products at their facility in North Carolina. Consummate vapers and smokers, they love to innovate and create products that exceed expectations.
FEATURES
Let’s start with the obvious, this water pipe is quite tall. Possibly the tallest water pipe upon the shelves at We are Lux, currently at least. Tube-like in appearance with a thick and wide pedestal base to help keep it upright. There are blue accents all along this water pipe. The outer rim of the pedestal is blue. The water chamber is quite roomy due to the height, enabling you to add a larger than usual amount of water if extra filtration is your thing. My recommendation as per usual is to at least cover the percolation slits with water as a minimum. Practice inhalations are also my recommendation if adding larger amounts of water.
There is an in-line percolator located at the base of the tube, it is also blue in parts. An in-line perc is a horizontal tube with a number of slits/openings along its length. Smoke is broken down when it is pushed through these slits, resulting in a more intense filtration/percolation effect. The in-line perc is attached to the end of the down stem, a “banger hanger” style of down stem. This type of stem sits at a 90° angle and is located outside of the water chamber. 2 benefits with this style; acting as an ash catcher to keep your water chamber cleaner for longer and/or to transform a water pipe into a dab rig when a banger is installed. A 19mm (male and removable) is provided. A larger capacity cup-style bowl with a crazy handle, resembling a long horn that curves downwards. It’s quite pretty too, with blue accents zig zagging through the glass of the handle.

Three quarters up the body there is a narrowing along with a 3 point ice pinch. A handy feature for those that like to dramatically cool their smoke for extra comfort. The narrowing will help prevent splash back. This narrow area is also blue. Keep going upwards and you will reach the reinforced and slightly curved mouthpiece. And yes it is blue!
